This corporation is organized as a community development corporation exclusively for, charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law) including, but not limited to, for such purposes, the establishing and maintaining the buildings, maintaining schools, colleges, radio stations, television stations, rescue missions, crisis pregnancy centers, print shops, day care centers, camps, nursing and retirement homes, cemeteries, and any other community program that the executive board deems will benefit of the members of the Airways – Bethel community by providing opportunities for physical, intellectual, social and cultural development.
